충남 예산군 민원봉사과가 최근 집중호우로 큰 피해를 입은 지역의 신속한 복구를 위해 실질적인 대응에 나섰다.
군은 민원업무를 담당하는 부서임에도 불구하고 전체 인력의 절반에 달하는 직원들을 복구 현장에 투입하며 현장 중심의 공공서비스를 실천하고 있다.
