부산진구의회는 29일 "의회 공무국외연수 예산 1억여 원 전액을 삭감하고, 이 예산을 민생회복 소비쿠폰 자치구 분담분(약 36억원)에 보태기로 했다"며 "이는 수해지역 피해 주민들의 아픔을 함께하고 조속한 일상회복을 기원하며 중앙정부의 민생회복지원금을 통한 국가경제 회복을 위한 정책에 적극 동참하기 위한 결정"이라고 밝혔다.
