【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구 동구청이 구정 발전 전략사업 발굴과 행정 혁신 동력 확보를 위해 전 직원을 대상으로 한 '직원 아이디어 경진대회'를 연다고 4일 밝혔다.
이번 대회는 동구형 전략사업 구상, 신규 정책 제안, 우수사례 발굴을 주제로 진행된다. 행정 현장 경험과 창의적 아이디어를 결합해 실현 가능한 사업을 도출하는 것이 목표다.
참여 신청은 오는 9월까지 받으며, 심사를 거쳐 우수 제안 3개 팀을 선정해 인센티브를 지급할 예정이다.
윤석준 동구청장은 "빠르게 변화하는 정책 환경에 유연하게 대응하고 주민 삶의 질을 높이는 과정"이라며 "직원들의 창의성과 행정 역량 강화를 위한 지원을 지속하겠다"고 말했다.
