브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 국토교통부는 2025년 상반기 특화주택 공모사업을 통해 전국 14곳, 총 1786호의 특화주택을 선정했다고 6일 밝혔다.
특화주택은 청년, 고령자, 신혼부부 등 특정 수요자를 대상으로 거주공간과 함께 사회복지시설, 돌봄공간, 공유오피스 등 다양한 지원시설도 공급하고 있어 입주자의 만족도가 높다.
특히, 작년 하반기부터 도입한 ‘지역제안형’ 유형은 지역 여건에 맞는 입주요건 등을 지자체가 자유롭게 설계할 수 있어 지자체의 관심이 높고, 이번 공모에도 가장 많은 물량이 제안됐다.
이번 공모는 지난 4월부터 2개월간 공모(4월 7일~6월 8일)했으며, 이후 제안발표 및 평가위원회 심사 등을 거쳐 선정했다.
선정 결과는 △고령자복지주택 368호(4곳) △일자리연계형 지원주택 159호(3곳) △청년특화주택 176호(3곳) △지역제안형 특화주택 1083호(4곳) 등 총 1786호이다.
먼저, 지역제안형 특화주택은 △경기도 부천시 △경기도 동두천시 △경기도 포천시 △강원도 삼척시에 총 1083호 규모로 추진될 예정이다.
