의왕시 청계동 지역사회보장협의체(민간공동위원장 이현호)가 지난 8월 12일 청계꿈의학교 지역아동센터를 이용하는 청소년들을 대상으로 여름방학을 맞아 새로운 경험을 하고 친구들과 소중한 추억을 만들 기회를 제공하기 위한 문화체험 행사를 실시했다.
이번 행사에는 청계꿈의학교 지역아동센터 청소년 20명과 청계동 지역사회보장협의체 위원 등 인솔자 10명이 참여했다.
청소년들은 수원 스타필드 7층 스몹액션 놀이터에서 2시간 동안 트램폴린, 클라이밍, 짚라인, 360스윙 등 다양한 스포츠 놀이를 체험하고, 스타필드 4층 별마당도서관에서 친구들과 사진을 찍고 책도 읽는 자유시간을 가지며 즐거운 시간을 보냈다.
이현호 위원장은 “이번 문화 체험이 청소년들에게 인상 깊은 여름방학 체험활동이 됐길 바란다”며, “앞으로도 아이들이 건강하고 즐겁게 성장할 수 있도록 다양한 체험과 지원을 아끼지 않겠다”고 말했다.
원선아 청계동장은 “지역사회와 함께한 이번 체험 행사가 청소년들에게 소중한 추억이 됐길 바란다”며, “앞으로도 아이들이 행복한 청계동을 만들기 위해 최선을 다하겠다”고 전했다.

Cheonggye-dong Community Social Security Council Holds Cultural Experience for Youth
Suwon Starfield Smob Action Playground Experience and Visit to Byeolmadang Library
On August 12th, the Cheonggye-dong Community Social Security Council (Chairperson Lee Hyeon-ho, a private sector co-chair) held a cultural experience event for youth attending the Cheonggye Dream School Community Children's Center. This event provided them with new experiences and opportunities to make precious memories with friends during summer vacation.
The event was attended by 20 youth from the Cheonggye Dream School Community Children's Center and 10 chaperones, including members of the Cheonggye-dong Community Social Security Council.
The youth enjoyed a two-hour session at the Smob Action Playground on the 7th floor of Suwon Starfield, enjoying various sports activities such as trampolines, climbing, ziplining, and 360 swings. They also enjoyed free time at the Byeolmadang Library on the 4th floor of Starfield, taking photos with friends and reading books. Chairman Lee Hyeon-ho said, "I hope this cultural experience will be a memorable summer vacation experience for the youth." He added, "We will continue to provide diverse experiences and support to help the children grow up healthy and happy." Cheonggye-dong Mayor Won Seon-ah added, "I hope this experience event, held in collaboration with the local community, will become a cherished memory for the youth.
