【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구시교육청이 고등학교 교사를 대상으로 '2025 성취평가 고등학교 핵심교원 연수'를 진행한다고 20일 밝혔다.
연수는 21일부터 25일까지 대구교육과정평가지원센터에서 실시된다.
성취평가제는 국가 교육과정 성취기준에 따라 학생이 무엇을 어느 정도 성취했는지를 평가하는 제도로, 교사의 평가 전문성이 핵심이다.
특히 2028학년도 대입부터는 내신 성취평가 결과가 직접 반영되면서 신뢰성과 공정성이 무엇보다 중요해졌다.
이번 연수는 2028 대입제도 적용 대상인 고교 1학년 교과 담당 교사 중 핵심교원을 대상으로 한다.
국어·수학·영어·한국사·통합사회·통합과학·정보·기술·가정·한문·전문교과 등 10개 교과별 635명이 참여한다. 교사들은 2~5개 기수로 나눠 성취평가제 운영 전반을 실습 중심으로 배우게 된다.
주요 과정은 성취수준 판별을 위한 평가계획 수립, 성취수준별 지필·수행평가 문항 설계, 분할점수 산출과 결과 활용, AI·디지털 도구를 활용한 평가 기법 등으로 구성됐다.
연수 후에는 참가 교사들이 1학기 운영을 성찰하고 이를 토대로 2학기 평가계획을 수립하는 과제도 부여된다.
강은희 교육감은 "이번 연수는 2028 대입제도 개편에 맞춰 성취평가제의 신뢰도를 높이는 중요한 준비 과정"이라며 "교원의 평가 역량 강화를 통해 학생들의 성취를 정확하고 공정하게 평가하고, 공교육 신뢰도를 더욱 높이겠다"고 밝혔다.

Divided into two to five groups, the teachers will learn the ins and outs of the Achievement Assessment System through hands-on training.
The main course comprised developing an assessment plan to determine achievement levels, designing paper-based and performance-based assessment items by achievement level, calculating split scores and utilizing the results, and utilizing assessment techniques using AI and digital tools.
Following the training, participating teachers were also assigned the task of reflecting on their first semester operations and developing an assessment plan for the second semester based on these findings.
Superintendent Kang Eun-hee stated, "This training is a crucial preparatory step to enhance the reliability of the achievement assessment system in preparation for the 2028 college entrance system reform." She added, "By strengthening teachers' assessment capabilities, we will accurately and fairly assess student achievement and further enhance trust in public education."
