우 의장은 이 자리에서 "기술 혁신을 통해 인류의 삶을 바꾸고, 기후위기와 질병, 불평등 같은 전 지구적 문제 해결에 앞장서고 있는 이사장을 직접 만나게 되어 매우 뜻깊다"며, "이사장의 방한과 국회 방문이 '모든 인간의 삶은 동등하다'는 인류애적 가치를 더욱 확산시키는 계기가 되길 바란다"고 환영했다.
