서구에 따르면, 이번 프로그램은 매주 금요일부터 일요일까지 정서진 아라뱃길에서 진행되며, 9월 5~6일과 10월 5일은 휴장하며 참가 신청은 해양레저스포츠 포털 또는 현장 접수를 통해 가능하다.
