인천시에 따르면, 시는 지난 8월 열린 아시아태평양경제협력체(APEC) 인천회의에 맞춰 인천 기업회의·포상관광·컨벤션·전시(MICE) 얼라이언스(IMA)와 송도국제회의복합지구 내 집적시설과 협력하여 환영메시지 송출, 웰컴키트 제공, 전용 순환 셔틀버스 운영 등 맞춤형 서비스를 선보였다.
