포항상공회의소, 특성화고 학생 대상 ‘1Day 취업잡 캠프’ 성황리 개최

【브레이크뉴스 포항】박영재 기자=포항상공회의소(회장 나주영)는 지난 8월 21일과 28일 경북세무고등학교 세무회계과와 광고마케팅과 학생들을 대상으로 직무맞춤 1Day 취업잡(Job) 캠프를 진행했다고 밝혔다.

이번 캠프는 고등학생 눈높이에 맞춘 실전형 교육 프로그램으로 구성됐다. 학생들은 ▲직무역량 기반 자기소개서 작성 실습 및 개별 컨설팅 ▲유형별 면접 대응 전략 교육 ▲현직 인사담당자와 함께하는 실전 모의면접 등 다양한 프로그램에 참여했다.

참가 학생들은 “나만의 경험을 바탕으로 지원동기와 강점을 정리하고, 이를 구체적인 자기소개서와 면접 답변으로 연결하는 데 큰 도움이 되었다”고 소감을 밝혔다.

포항상의 관계자는 “특성화고 학생들이 조기에 진로를 설계하고 취업 준비를 할 수 있도록 실질적인 지원을 제공하고 있다”며 “앞으로도 청소년들이 사회 진출 전 필요한 역량을 기를 수 있도록 프로그램을 지속 확대할 계획”이라고 전했다.

한편, 이번 프로그램은 청년일자리 로컬솔루션 프로젝트의 일환으로 진행됐다. 해당 사업은 경상북도, 포항시, 포항상공회의소가 협력해 지역 중소·중견기업의 청년 취업을 확대하고, 청년·기업·지역사회의 연계를 강화하기 위해 추진되고 있다.

The Pohang Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Chairman Na Ju-young) announced that it held a 1-Day Job Camp tailored to the needs of high school students in the Departments of Taxation and Accounting and Advertising and Marketing on August 21st and 28th.

The camp consisted of practical training programs tailored to the needs of high school students. Participants stated, "The camp was a great help in identifying my motivations and strengths based on my own experiences, and in connecting these to specific personal statements and interview responses."

A Pohang Chamber of Commerce official stated, "We are providing practical support to help specialized high school students plan their career paths and prepare for employment early on. We plan to continue expanding this program to help young people develop the skills they need before entering society."

Meanwhile, this program was implemented as part of the Youth Employment Local Solutions Project. This project, a collaboration between Gyeongsangbuk-do Province, Pohang City, and the Pohang Chamber of Commerce and Industry, aims to expand youth employment at local SMEs and strengthen connections among youth, companies, and the local community.
