(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시가 오는 오는 9월 3일부터 5일까지 송도컨벤시아에서 국내 최대 반도체 패키징(후공정) 산업 전시회인 ‘KPCAShow 2025 국제첨단반도체기판 및 패키징산업전’이 개최된다고 밝혔다.
인천시에 따르면, 2004년부터 시작해 올해로 22회를 맞는 이번 전시회는 “Beyond AI & Angstrom 한계를 넘다”라는 주제로 LG이노텍, 삼성전기, 심텍, 스태츠칩팩코리아를 포함해 국내·외 250개 사(유관기관 포함) 등 총750 부스가 참가하는 역대 최대 규모다.
