부평구에 따르면, 이번 기획전에서는 자연에서 얻을 수 있는 재료들인 나뭇가지, 나뭇잎, 각종 열매, 누에고치, 나무껍질 등을 활용해 제작된 다양한 창작 공작품들이 전시된다.
부평구는 나비공원을 방문하기 힘든 주민들을 위해 전시회 영상을 인천나비공원 유튜브 채널(채널명 ‘인천나비공원’)을 통해 게재할 예정이다.
부평구 관계자는 “자연물을 활용한 작품을 통해 자연의 소중함과 아름다움을 되돌아 볼 수 있을 것”이라며 “다양한 창작 공작품들을 관람함으로써 창의력을 증진시키는 데도 도움을 줄 수 있는 전시이니 많은 관람 부탁드린다”고 말했다.

또한, 부평구 ‘청년공간 유유기지 부평’은 청년의 날을 기념해 오는 20일 오후 1시부터 5시까지 뫼골놀이공원(산곡동 58-3)에서 ‘찾아가는 청년정책 팝업스토어 - 청년정책, 장보러가장!’을 개최한다고 밝혔다.
