【브레이크뉴스 경북】진예솔 기자=경북교육청이 교육 구성원들의 미래 역량 강화를 위한 '2025년 디지털지식나눔교사(1기)' 공모를 실시한다고 1일 밝혔다.
이번 공모는 2022 개정 교육과정의 성공적 안착을 위해 교원의 디지털 전문성을 향상시키고, 학교 현장에서 바로 적용할 수 있는 디지털 활용 노하우를 직접 공유하며 지식의 선순환 생태계를 조성하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
공모 대상은 경북교육청 소속 교사 중 희망자로 오는 7일까지 신청을 받는다.
신청을 원하는 교사는 디지털지식마루에서 지식나눔교사 신청서를 작성하면 되며, 선정위원회 심사를 거쳐 최종 선정된다.
선정된 디지털지식나눔교사들은 10월 중 디지털지식마루-지식나눔터에서 실시간 쌍방향 원격 강의를 진행하게 된다.
강의 주제는 △디지털·AI 분야(디지털리터러시, SW, AI 등) △에듀테크 등 디지털 활용 교육 분야 △디지털 콘텐츠 제작 분야 △디지털 윤리 분야 등 다양한 영역을 포괄한다.
각 강좌는 과정당 2~6차시로 구성되며, 수강생 5명 이상일 경우 강좌 개설이 가능하다.
디지털 분야의 전문성을 가진 현장 교사들이 직접 강의를 개설하고 운영함으로써 학교 현장의 생생한 노하우를 공유하고, 교원 전체의 디지털 역량을 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
교사가 교사를 가르치는 방식을 통해 실제 교육 현장에서 검증된 디지털 교육 방법론과 실용적인 활용 팁들이 효과적으로 전수될 것으로 예상된다.
경북교육청의 이번 사업은 교사들 간의 협력적 성장 문화 확산에도 기여할 것으로 보인다.
