(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천 서구시설관리공단(이하 공단)이 지난 2일 ‘인천광역시 지방공기업 디지털플랫폼 지역협의체’를 주관했다고 밝혔다.

공단에 따르면, 당 협의체는 서구시설관리공단 등 인천 관내 8개 지방공기업의 실무책임자가 함께 모여 인천형 디지털플랫폼 정부구현과 혁신사례 발굴을 위한 회의로써 8개 기관의 디지털플랫폼 지역사회 확산 업무협약에 이어 진행됐다.

지역협의체는 정부의 주요 정책방향인 디지털대전환에 발맞추어 관내 흩어져있는 시설관리공단의 주요 인프라와, 공공서비스의 정보를 통합하여 운영하는 방안을 모색하는 등 지방공기업의 효율성 강화를 위하여 상호 협력방안을 논의했다. 

또 디지털대전환 시대, 주민 삶의 질을 제고하기 위한 서비스의 획기적인 개선을 위하여 관내 8개 기관은 주기적으로 회의를 개최하기로 결정했다.

또한, 인천형 디지털플랫폼 혁신 우수사례 경진대회를 실시해 타 지역의 모범이 되는 우수사례를 도출하고, 주민의 삶의 최근접점에서 서비스를 제공하는 시설관리공단의 효율성과 효과성 개선을 위해 기여하겠다고 결의했다.
