부천시에 따르면, 이번 교육은 음주와 우울감으로 인한 부정적 감정을 인식하고 조절 능력을 높일 수 있도록 구성됐다.
교육은 부천시정신건강복지센터 교육실에서 오프라인으로 진행되며, 온라인 화상회의 플랫폼 줌(ZOOM)을 활용한 비대면 방식도 병행한다.
과정은 6주간 총 12회기로 운영되며, 음주나 우울 문제를 겪고 있는 시민은 물론 건강한 음주 문화에 관심 있는 누구나 참여할 수 있다.
