인천시에 따르면, 이번 뮤지컬은 인천시의 창작뮤지컬 제작·공연 지원사업을 통해 극단 십년후가 제작한 순수 창작 초연작으로, ‘기억과 감사’, ‘화합과 평화’, ‘연대와 미래’, ‘참여와 공감’을 주제로 열리는 인천상륙작전 75주년 기념주간 대표 문화행사다.
인천상륙작전 성공의 상징인 팔미도 등대의 불빛을 모티브로 전쟁 속 무명의 영웅들과 민간인의 희생을 재조명한다.
극단 십년후는 작은 불빛 하나가 전한 기적의 이야기를 통해 화려한 전쟁 서사가 아닌 평화를 향한 불빛의 의미를 무대 예술로 풀어낸다.
