(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 수도권매립지관리공사가 8일, 인천지역 취약계층 청년의 경제적 자립과 안정적인 사회 진입을 돕기 위해 ‘자립준비청년 취업역량 강화 지원사업’ 추진을 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고밝혔다.
수도권매립지관리공사에 따르면, 이번 협약은 수도권매립지관리공사를 비롯해 인천국제공항공사, 인천항만공사, 한국환경공단, 인천광역시자립지원전담기관, 초록우산어린이재단, (사)신나는조합 등 총 7개 기관이 참여했다.
‘자립준비청년 취업역량 강화 지원사업’은 환경․사회․투명(ESG) 상생기금(I-SEIF : Incheon Sustainable ESG Impact Fund)을 활용하여 진행된다.
이번 사업을 통해 총 15명의 자립준비청년에게 약 5개월간 직업 흥미도 검사, 자기소개서 작성 실습, 모의 면접 등 취업역량 강화 프로그램과 정장, 구두 등 취업 준비물, 자격증 취득 비용 등을 지원할 예정이다.
