[브레이크뉴스=정철규 기자] 진주시는 건설사업 담당 공무원 130여명을 대상으로 부패 취약분야 청렴도 향상을 위한 ‘청렴 소통간담회 및 기술감사 실무교육’을 실시했다고 9일 밝혔다.
이번 교육은 공직자의 청렴 의식을 높이고 기술감사 실무역량을 강화하기 위한 취지로, 건설사업 관련 부서 전반의 업무 전문성을 높이기 위해 마련됐다.
이날 교육은 외부 민원에 대한 청렴 체감도 향상 방안, 소극행정 및 불투명 업무의 개선책, 공사·계약 관련 법규 숙지 등 실무 중심의 내용이 다뤄졌다.
참석자들은 건설민원 대응요령과 공사감독 업무규정 등을 교육받으며, 실무 수행 시 필요한 청렴한 행정 실천 의지를 다지는 시간을 가졌다.
시는 이번 교육을 일회성에 그치지 않고, 향후 정기적인 청렴교육과 기술 감사 사례 공유를 통해 지속적인 역량 강화를 추진한다는 방침이다.
