【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구시교육청이 현장실습이 본격화되는 10월을 앞두고 학생 안전 강화를 위한 특별 점검 체계를 가동한다.
시교육청은 19일 오전 10시 여민실에서 ‘2025 직업계고 현장실습 특별 지도·점검반 협의회’를 열고, 실습 현장의 안전관리 실태 점검과 단계별 대응 방안에 대해 논의했다.
협의회는 김태훈 부교육감이 주재했으며 교육국장, 융합인재과장, 장학관·장학사, 현장실습 컨설턴트, 한국공인노무사회, 한국산업안전보건공단 전문가 등 27명이 참석했다.
대구시교육청은 오는 9월부터 2026년 1월까지 직업계고 20개교와 주요 현장실습 산업체를 대상으로 현장 점검을 실시한다.
김태훈 부교육감을 비롯한 관계자들이 직접 학교와 산업체를 찾아 실습 운영 현황을 살피고, 학생들의 애로사항을 청취할 예정이다.
주요 점검 항목은 ▲현장실습 매뉴얼 및 안전 절차 준수 여부 ▲실습일지 작성 및 AI 기반 부정 징후 대응 ▲권익 침해 및 안전사고 예방을 위한 환경 점검 ▲사전 안전교육 실시 여부 등이다. 특
히 최근 3년간 사고·권익 침해 사례가 발생한 기관과 고위험 분야(공업·조리 계열, 상업·가사 계열, 5인 미만 사업장, 반도체 등 첨단산업 분야)는 집중 점검 대상이 된다.
또한 시교육청은 ‘하이파이브 AI 모니터링’ 시스템을 활용해 학생 실습일지, 산업체 피드백, 문자 경고 데이터를 실시간 분석하고, 위험 징후가 발견되면 즉시 개입하는 체계를 강화한다.
김태훈 부교육감은 “직업계고 현장실습은 학생들이 사회로 첫 발을 내딛는 중요한 과정”이라며 “모든 학생이 안전하고 존중받는 환경에서 실습할 수 있도록 행정 역량을 총동원해 철저히 관리하겠다”고 말했다.

Institutions with reported accidents or rights violations in the past three years, as well as high-risk sectors (industrial and culinary, commercial and home economics, workplaces with fewer than five employees, and high-tech industries such as semiconductors), will be subject to intensive inspection.
Furthermore, the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education will utilize the "Hi-Five AI Monitoring" system to analyze student on-the-job training logs, industry feedback, and text message alerts in real time, strengthening the system to immediately intervene when risk signs are identified.
Deputy Superintendent Kim Tae-hoon stated, "On-the-job training at vocational high schools is a crucial step for students as they take their first steps into society. We will mobilize all administrative capabilities to thoroughly manage the situation to ensure that all students can practice in a safe and respectful environment."
