선린대 경찰보안무도과, 경북경찰청 현장견학 프로그램 진행

【브레이크뉴스 포항】박영재 기자=선린대학교(총장 곽진환) 경찰보안무도과는 지난 18일 경상북도경찰청을 방문해 ‘경찰기관 현장견학 프로그램’을 실시했다.

이날 학생들은 경북경찰 홍보관을 비롯해 과학수사(KCSI) 체험, 사격실습실 사격체험, 112 교통상황센터 견학 등 경찰청의 주요 업무를 직접 체험하며 현장 이해도를 높였다. 경찰 관계자들의 브리핑을 통해 실제 수사와 치안 유지 과정도 상세히 살펴보는 기회를 가졌다.

경찰보안무도과 학과장 김미호 교수는 “이번 견학은 교실에서 배운 이론을 실제 현장에서 확인할 수 있는 뜻깊은 경험이었다”며 “특히 경찰공무원을 꿈꾸는 학생들에게는 학습 동기와 진로 확신을 높여주는 계기가 되었을 것”이라고 말했다.

On the 18th, the Police Security Martial Arts Department of Sunlin University (President Kwak Jin-hwan) visited the Gyeongsangbuk-do Provincial Police Agency and conducted a "Police Agency Field Trip Program."

They also had the opportunity to closely examine the actual investigation and public order processes through briefings by police officials.

Professor Kim Mi-ho, head of the Police Security Martial Arts Department, said, "This field trip was a meaningful experience that allowed students to apply the theories they learned in the classroom to real-world situations. For students aspiring to become police officers, it was especially motivating and strengthened their career aspirations."
