【브레이크뉴스 경북】진예솔 기자=경북교육청은 ‘2025 경북형 미래학교 디자인 공모전’에서 총 51명의 수상자를 선정했다고 지난 24일 밝혔다.
‘모두의 행복한 삶을 담은 경북형 미래학교 조성’을 주제로 한 공모전은 학생 중심 교육환경과 공간 혁신 아이디어를 발굴하기 위해 마련됐다.
공모전은 도내 학생과 교직원을 대상으로 7월 9일부터 9월 12일까지 진행됐으며 공모 분야는 미래학교 아이디어 디자인, 건축모형 제작, 홍보콘텐츠 제작 등 세 부문으로 운영됐다.
심사 결과 학생 부문에서는 금상 4명, 은상 11명, 동상 19명이 수상했고, 교직원 부문에서는 금상 1명, 은상 3명, 동상 5명이 상을 받았다.
지도교사상 4명과 특별상인 경상북도건축사회 회장상 4명도 함께 시상돼 총 51명의 수상자가 확정됐다.
우수한 건축모형 작품들은 ‘2025 경상북도건축대전’과 K-EDU EXPO에 전시될 예정으로, 학생들의 창의적 아이디어가 널리 공유될 계획이다.
임종식 교육감은 이번 공모전이 “미래교육에 부합하는 학교 공간 변화를 위한 중요한 밑거름”이라며 "학생과 교직원의 아이디어가 실제 교육환경에 반영될 수 있도록 적극 지원하겠다고 밝혔다.

The Gyeongbuk Office of Education announced on the 24th that a total of 51 winners had been selected for the "2025 Gyeongbuk Future School Design Contest."
The contest, themed "Creating a Gyeongbuk Future School that Embraces a Happy Life for All," was designed to discover student-centered educational environments and innovative spatial ideas.
The contest, open to students and faculty across the province, ran from July 9th to September 12th. The contest was divided into three categories: future school idea design, architectural model production, and promotional content production.
As a result of the judging, four gold, 11 silver, and 19 bronze awards were awarded in the student category. In the faculty category, one gold, three silver, and five bronze awards were received.
Four instructor awards and four special awards, including the Gyeongsangbuk-do Architects Association President's Award, were also awarded, bringing the total number of winners to 51.
The outstanding architectural models will be exhibited at the 2025 Gyeongsangbuk-do Architecture Competition and the K-EDU EXPO, enabling students to share their creative ideas widely.
Superintendent Lim Jong-sik stated that this competition "serves as a crucial foundation for transforming school spaces in line with future education," adding, "We will actively support students and faculty so that their ideas can be reflected in real-world educational environments."
