군포시평생학습원, 가족 참여 도자·연극 융합 프로그램 모집

군포문화재단 군포시평생학습원이 경기도 광주시에 있는 경기도자박물관과 함께 도자·연극 융합 예술교육 프로그램 ‘이군포의 슬기로운 도공생활: 빽 투 더 조선’ 참여 가족을 모집한다.

이번 프로그램은 초등학교 1~3학년 자녀가 있는 가족을 대상으로 2025년 경기 문화예술교육사 현장역량강화 사업의 일환으로, 도자문화를 기반으로 가족 간 소통을 돕고 지역 역사·문화를 체험할 수 있도록 기획됐다. 

프로그램의 주요 내용은 △경기도자박물관에서 흙 만지기·시유 체험, △가정에서 워크북으로 이어가는 창작 활동, △군포시평생학습원 상상극장에서 펼치는 조선시대 도공 노동 즉흥극 등이다. 교육은 공간별 특성을 반영해 단계적으로 진행된다.

전형주 군포문화재단 대표이사는 “두 지역이 보유한 문화유산을 예술교육 콘텐츠로 활용하게 되어 뜻깊다”며, “군포와 광주의 역사와 문화를 널리 알리는 계기가 되길 바란다”고 말했다.

참여 신청은 10월 8일 자정까지 군포문화재단 홈페이지에서 가능하다.

"Lee Gunpo's Wise Pottery Life: Back to the Joseon"

The Gunpo Cultural Foundation's Gunpo City Lifelong Learning Center, in collaboration with the Gyeonggi Ceramic Museum, is recruiting families to participate in "Lee Gunpo's Wise Pottery Life: Back to the Joseon," a ceramics and theater fusion arts education program.

This program, part of the 2025 Gyeonggi Cultural Arts Educator Field Capacity Building Project, is designed to foster family communication and provide opportunities to experience local history and culture through ceramics. It is open to families with children in grades 1-3.

Main activities include: 1) clay handling and glazing experiences at the Gyeonggi Ceramic Museum; 2) creative activities at home using workbooks; and 3) improvisational performances of Joseon-era potters at the Gunpo City Lifelong Learning Center's Imagination Theater. Activities will be implemented in stages, reflecting the unique characteristics of each space. Gunpo Cultural Foundation CEO Jeon Hyeong-ju said, "It is meaningful to utilize the cultural heritage of both regions as art education content. I hope this will serve as an opportunity to widely promote the history and culture of Gunpo and Gwangju."
