【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구광역시행복진흥사회서비스원(이사장 배기철)이 ‘위기에서 행복으로; 지역 여성가족정책 방향 모색’ 학술세미나를 개최했다고 29일 밝혔다.
지난 26일 대구행복진흥원이 한국사회학회, 계명대 여성학연구소와 함께 진행한 세미나는 저출생·고령화, 양극화, 갈등 등 지역 사회가 직면한 위기를 극복하고 지속 가능한 정책 대안을 찾기 위해 마련됐다.
김미영 한림대 교수는 ‘소멸에서 회복으로, 지역의 지속가능한 전환’을, 황동진 대구행복진흥원 부연구위원은 ‘행복의 관점에서 본 지역정책 방향’을 발표했다.
이어 장지은 계명대 연구원이 ‘돌봄정책과 지역 회복력’을 주제로 발표하고 학계와 시민단체 전문가들이 토론을 이어갔다.
배기철 이사장은 “위기를 기회로 전환하는 노력이 필요하다”며 “이번 세미나가 지역 여성과 시민의 행복을 높이는 계기가 되길 바란다”고 말했다.

The Daegu Metropolitan City Happiness Promotion Social Service Center (Chairman Bae Ki-cheol) announced on the 29th that it held an academic seminar titled "From Crisis to Happiness: Exploring the Direction of Regional Women and Family Policies."
The seminar, held on the 26th by the Daegu Happiness Promotion Center in collaboration with the Korean Sociological Association and the Keimyung University Institute of Women's Studies, was designed to overcome crises facing local communities, such as low birth rates, aging populations, polarization, and conflict, and to identify sustainable policy alternatives.
Professor Kim Mi-young of Hallym University presented "From Extinction to Recovery: A Sustainable Transition for Local Communities," and Associate Research Fellow Hwang Dong-jin of the Daegu Happiness Promotion Center presented "Regional Policy Directions from a Happiness Perspective."
Following this, Keimyung University researcher Jang Ji-eun presented "Care Policy and Regional Resilience," a discussion was held with experts from academia and civic groups.
Chairman Bae Ki-cheol stated, "We need to make efforts to transform crises into opportunities," adding, "I hope this seminar will serve as an opportunity to enhance the happiness of local women and citizens."
