【브레이크뉴스 경북】박영재 기자=경북도는 지난 26일 발생한 국가정보자원관리원(국정자원) 화재로 인한 국가 전산망 장애에 대응하기 위해 29일부터 재난안전대책본부(재대본)를 긴급 가동했다고 밝혔다.
이철우 경북지사는 이날 간부회의를 열고 “내부 행정시스템 일부와 정부24, 국민신문고 등 도민 대상 민원 서비스에 차질이 없도록 관계 부서와 시·군이 협조해 최선을 다해 달라”고 주문했다.
회의 후 이 지사는 도 자체 데이터센터 현장을 방문해 점검을 진행했다. 현재 경북도는 민원 처리 시간을 연장해 오후 8시까지 운영하고 있으며, 불편 사항을 즉시 확인할 수 있는 알림창 안내 서비스도 제공 중이다.
또한 내부적으로는 공공업무 시스템 접속 장애와 행정 절차 지연에 대비해 부서별 수기 업무 병행 체계를 마련했다. 도청 누리집과 재난안전 스마트시티 통합플랫폼 등 자체 서버는 전반적인 안전 점검 결과 현재까지 이상이 없는 것으로 확인됐다.
이철우 지사는 “이번 사태가 장기화되지 않도록 관계 기관과 긴밀히 협력해 조속한 정상화를 지원하고, 도민 안전과 불편 최소화에 모든 행정력을 집중하겠다”고 강조했다.
