【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구시교육청이 특수교육 대상 학생과 가족이 함께하는 '온맘 이음 가족 숲 캠프'를 개최했다고 20일 밝혔다.
지난 18일 오전 10시부터 오후 3시까지 국립칠곡숲체원에서 진행된 캠프에는 고등학교와 특수학교에 다니는 특수교육 대상 학생과 가족 60여 명이 참여했다.
특수교육 대상 학생과 가족이 함께 자연 속에서 쉬며 정서적 유대감과 마음의 안정을 얻고, 가족 간 소통과 공감의 시간을 통해 건강한 가정 기능을 되찾을 수 있는 시간이 이어졌다.
참가 가족들은 숲의 다양한 생명과 자연의 변화를 느끼며 즐길 수 있는 '오감빙고'를 활용한 숲 체험 활동에 참여했다. 오감빙고는 숲이나 자연 속에서 오감을 활용해 즐기는 체험형 놀이 프로그램이다.
자연물을 이용한 천연 염색 손수건 만들기와 자율형 숲 트레킹에도 함께했다. 학생과 부모는 서로를 응원하며 자연 속에서 여유와 회복을 느끼는 시간을 가졌고, 서로의 마음을 더욱 가깝게 잇는 뜻깊은 하루를 보냈다.
강은희 교육감은 "이번 숲 캠프가 아름다운 자연 속에서 가족이 함께 웃고 응원하며 마음의 거리를 좁히는 시간이 되었길 바란다"며 "앞으로도 특수교육 대상 학생과 가족이 함께 성장하고 행복을 나눌 수 있는 다양한 정서 지원 프로그램을 늘려 나가겠다"고 말했다.
