신천지예수교 증거장막성전 바돌로매지파 영등포교회(지파장 최중일·이하 신천지 영등포교회)가 지난 18일 자신의 삶을 돌아보고 앞으로의 방향성을 모색하는 ‘인생 열차’ 강연을 성공적으로 개최했다고 밝혔다. 이날 행사는 20대 청년부터 70대 어르신까지 전 세대를 아우르는 참여와 뜨거운 호응을 얻었다.

이날 오후 2시부터 진행된 행사는 홍보 도슨트를 시작으로 강연과 풍성한 체험 부스로 구성됐다. 행사의 핵심인 강연에서는 서규민 강사가 연단에 올라 참석자들에게 자신의 가치를 온전히 되새기고 삶의 구체적인 방향성을 찾을 지혜를 구할 것을 역설했다.
서 강사는 "지혜로운 사람은 처마 끝 떨어지는 물방울에도 깨달음을 얻는다"며, "어느 지점에서 내 인생열차가 정착해야 하고 또 어떤 지점에서 과감하게 통과해야 할지 함께 생각해보자"고 화두를 던졌다. 이어 "올바른 삶의 방향성을 설정하기 위해서는 사람을 창조하신 창조주에 대해 알고 지혜를 구해야 한다"고 강조하며, 이 시간이 참석자들의 선택을 돕는 데 유용하게 쓰이기를 바란다는 말로 강연을 마무리했다.

양말목공예, 초상화 등 다양한 세대 아우른 체험
강연 전후로는 다채로운 무대 공연과 체험 부스가 열려 볼거리를 더했다. 무대에는 어린이 관현악, 합창단, 무용단, 농악대 공연과 아버지들로 구성된 ‘허즈 밴드’의 무대가 펼쳐졌다.
참석자들은 강연 외에도 초상화 그리기, 양말 목공예 등 다양한 부스 체험을 즐겼으며, 상품을 받을 수 있는 이벤트에도 참여했다.
