중국 베이징에서 개최된 '2025 베이징 국제 사진주간'의 주요 공식 초대전인 '한국 사진예술전'이 10월 18일부터 27일까지 10일간의 일정을 성황리에 마쳤다.
올해로 13회를 맞은 베이징 국제 사진주간은 "이미지: 문명·새로운 품격"을 주제로 인공지능과 디지털 기술이 이끄는 이미지 산업의 변화를 조명했다.

이번 행사에는 26개국 사진가들의 작품 약 5,000여 점이 전시되며 국제적인 사진 교류의 장으로 자리매김했다.
'시선과 사색' 주제로 한국 사진예술의 깊이 선보여
한국사진작가협회가 주관한 이번 전시는 중화세기단 종합 전시장 1층 메인 전시장에서 열렸다.
협회 소속 23명의 작가가 참여해 '시선과 사색(看见与思索)'이라는 주제로 총 108점의 작품을 선보였다.

전시는 '시선의 기록'과 '사유의 투영' 두 개 섹션으로 구성됐다.
'시선의 기록' 섹션에서는 한국의 풍경과 일상, 전통문화를 진솔하게 담아냈고, '사유의 투영' 섹션에서는 실험적 구성과 개념화된 표현을 통해 사진예술의 확장성을 보여줬다.

최차열 부이사장은 전시작가 대표로 "사진은 보는 법의 공유이며, 마음을 연결하는 언어"라며 "이 전시가 한중 양국의 사진가와 관람객과의 소중한 대화의 장이 되길 바란다"고 소감을 전했다.

전시 참관단으로 방중한 한국사진작가협회 작가 일행 15명은 10월 16일부터 20일까지 5박 6일간 개막식 참석과 함께 다채로운 문화예술 교류 활동을 펼쳤다.
참관단은 만리장성(금산령), 자금성, 베이징 전통 골목인 후퉁(胡同)에서 촬영 기회를 가졌으며, 왕푸징(王府井)의 '새 사진전'과 '루홍 사진예술관'을 관람하며 현지 사진예술계와의 교류를 이어갔다.

The delegation had opportunities to photograph the Great Wall (Jinshanling), the Forbidden City, and Beijing's traditional hutongs (胡同). They also visited the "New Photography Exhibition" and the "Luhong Photography Art Museum" in Wangfujing, continuing their exchange with the local photography community.
