파주시는 지난 28일 파주장단콩웰빙마루에서 민관 협력 강화를 위한 ‘2025년 민관 사례관리 종사자 공동 연수’를 개최했다고 밝혔다.

이번 연수에는 민관 사례관리 업무 종사자 등 50여 명이 참석했으며, ‘레인보우코칭스쿨연구소’ 장미진 강사가 ‘마음을 여는 대화와 효과적 소통법’을 주제로 강의를 진행했다.
강의에서는 복지 현장에서 대상자 및 동료와의 관계를 형성하는 데 필요한 소통 역량의 중요성을 강조했다.
참석자들은 이어 기관별 사업 현황과 실제 사례를 공유하며 민관 협력 방안을 논의했으며 또한 치유 프로그램 체험을 통해 사례관리 종사자들이 업무 스트레스를 해소하고 재충전하는 시간을 가졌다.
한 민간 사례관리 종사자는 “이번 연수를 통해 상대의 입장을 이해하고 설득하는 소통의 기술이 얼마나 중요한지 다시금 느꼈다”며 “유관기관 실무자들과의 교류를 통해 뜻깊은 시간을 보냈다”고 소감을 전했다.
김은숙 파주시 복지정책국장은 “파주시를 위해 헌신하는 사례관리 종사자들의 노고에 깊이 감사드린다”며 “앞으로도 종사자들의 치유와 재충전을 위한 다양한 프로그램을 지속적으로 추진하겠다”고 말했다.
