【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=달성군보건소가 대구시가 주최한 ‘심뇌혈관질환 예방관리사업 성과공유회’에서 지난해에 이어 2년 연속 최우수기관에 이름을 올렸다.
이번 성과공유회는 대구광역시와 대구광역시 심뇌혈관질환예방관리사업지원단이 공동으로 마련했다. 평가는 교육 및 홍보, 캠페인, 고위험군 조기발견과 관리, 우수사례 등 4개 항목으로 이뤄졌으며, 달성군보건소는 전 항목에서 고른 성적을 내며 최우수기관에 선정됐다.
특히 달성군보건소는 지역 특성을 반영한 예방 중심 건강관리 정책으로 호평받았다. 지난 3월에는 지역 대형마트 2곳을 ‘심뇌건강마트’로 지정, 심뇌혈관질환 예방에 도움이 되는 농수산물과 건강식품을 소개하는 전용 코너를 운영해 주민들에게 자연스러운 식습관 개선과 질환 예방의 중요성을 알렸다.
또한 4월에는 달성청년혁신센터와의 업무협약을 통해 청년 맞춤형 건강관리 서비스를 확대했다. 여기에 지역 약국과 협력해 예방 수칙이 담긴 약봉투를 배부하는 등 일상 속 건강 인식 개선에도 주력했다.
지난해에는 전국 최초로 하빈면에 ‘심뇌혈관질환 안심거리’를 조성, 걷기 좋은 환경과 예방 정보를 결합한 건강 거리 모델을 구축하기도 했다.
최재훈 달성군수는 “이번 수상은 지역사회와 보건기관이 함께 이뤄낸 값진 성과”라며 “심뇌혈관질환 예방은 군민 건강수명 연장과 삶의 질 향상을 위한 중요한 과제인 만큼, 앞으로도 현장 중심의 다양한 예방사업을 꾸준히 확대해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.
