고양교육지원청이 5일 일산양일중학교에서 학생들과 함께하는 '인성 1·2·3 캠페인'을 펼쳤다.
이날 캠페인은 고양교육지원청이 추진하는 「인성 더(T.H.E.) 고양」 찾아가는 인성교육 프로그램의 일환으로, 이현숙 교육장이 직접 참여해 학생들과 함께 등굣길 캠페인을 진행했다.
일산양일중학교는 올해 '2025 학생-학부모 참여 인성교육 실천학교'로 선정되어 인성교육 활성화에 힘쓰고 있다.

'인성 1·2·3 캠페인'은 △먼저 인사해요 △고운말 사용해요 △서로 배려해요를 핵심 실천 덕목으로 삼고 있다.
학생들이 스스로 인성을 실천하고 학교공동체가 함께 성장하는 문화를 조성하기 위해 마련됐다.
캠페인에 참여한 학생들은 "고운말 캠페인을 하며 나도 모르게 쓰던 말을 돌아봤다", "앞으로는 밖에서도 인사를 잘 하려고 노력하겠다"며 긍정적인 반응을 보였다.
일산양일중학교 남00 교사는 "이번 캠페인이 일상 속 인성 실천의 출발점이 되길 바란다"고 소감을 밝혔다.
고양교육지원청은 상반기에도 오마초등학교, 대화중학교, 백마고등학교를 직접 방문해 인성 1·2·3 캠페인을 실시한 바 있다.
학교 현장을 찾아가는 이러한 캠페인은 학생들의 인성 함양과 건강한 학교문화 조성에 기여하고 있다는 평가를 받고 있다.
이현숙 고양교육지원청 교육장은 "고양의 학생들이 서로 존중하고 따뜻한 마음으로 성장할 수 있도록 앞으로도 현장을 찾아가는 인성교육을 꾸준히 지원할 것"이라고 강조했다.
