【브레이크뉴스 울릉】전종환 기자=울릉군은 5일, 오는 2026학년도 대학수학능력시험을 앞둔 울릉고등학교 3학년 학생들에게 ‘수험생 응원 키트’를 전달했다.
이번 응원 키트는 지난해에 이어 울릉군 청소년참여기구 위원 등 지역 사회가 함께 참여해 수험생들을 격려하기 위해 마련됐다. 키트에는 필기구, 초콜릿, 비타민, 담요, 응원문구 카드 등 수험생들의 컨디션 유지를 돕는 물품이 담겼다.
울릉군 관계자는 “비록 작은 선물이지만 울릉의 따뜻한 마음이 학생들에게 전해져 끝까지 최선을 다하길 바란다”며 “그동안의 노력이 좋은 결실을 맺길 기원한다”고 말했다.
울릉고 3학년 학생들은 “군에서 직접 챙겨주셔서 감사하다”며 “응원 덕분에 마지막까지 힘을 낼 수 있을 것 같다”고 소감을 전했다.
남한권 울릉군수는 “‘진인사대천명(盡人事待天命)’의 자세로 자신을 믿고 끝까지 최선을 다하길 바란다”며 “앞으로도 지역 학생들을 위한 교육지원과 복지정책을 지속적으로 확대해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.
