충남 서산시의회가 25일 제310회 제2차 정례회를 열고, 12월 17일까지 23일간의 회기 일정에 돌입했다. 이번 정례회는 2025년 의정활동의 마무리이자 내년도 시정 운영 방향을 확정하는 중요한 회기로, 예산·조례·정책 전반이 다뤄질 예정이다.
의회는 본회의 3일, 상임위원회 10일, 예산결산특별위원회 5일의 일정으로 진행되며, 2025년도 제4회 추가경정예산안과 2026년도 본예산 및 기금운용계획안을 비롯해 조례안 18건, 동의안 7건 등 총 33건의 안건을 심의한다.

행정문화복지위원회(위원장 강문수)는 ‘사립 박물관 및 미술관 지원 조례 개정안(안동석 의원 발의)’, ‘갱년기 증후군 관리 지원 조례안’, ‘노인 낙상사고 예방 지원 조례안’, ‘인공지능행정 구현 조례안(이경화 의원 발의)’ 등을 다룬다.
산업건설위원회(위원장 안동석)는 ‘도시계획 조례 일부개정안(김맹호 의원 발의)’ 등을 심사할 예정이다.
이날 본회의에 앞서 가선숙 의원은 “서산시 식품 사막 문제와 쇼핑 약자 지원 방안 마련”을 촉구했고, 안동석 의원은 “못난이 농산물 유통 활성화”를 주제로 5분 자유발언을 진행했다. 또한 최동묵 의원이 ‘지방도 649호선 도로공사 관련 감사원 감사 청구의 건 상정’을 요청했으나 부결됐다.
조동식 의장은 개회사를 통해 “이번 정례회는 서산의 한 해를 정리하고, 새로운 도약의 밑그림을 그리는 시점”이라며 “시민의 목소리를 기반으로 더 나은 서산을 만들어가는 의정 활동에 최선을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.
