【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=음성군은 27일 음성명작관에서 관내 직업소개사업소 102개소의 대표자와 종사자를 대상으로 역량강화 교육을 실시했다고 밝혔다.
이날 교육은 올바른 직업소개 문화 정착과 직업소개소의 책임 있는 역할 수행을 돕기 위해 마련됐으며, (사)전국고용서비스협회 전문 강사를 초빙해 교육이 이뤄졌다.
교육 내용은 직업안정법 관련 준수사항, 직업소개소 운영에 필요한 실무와 세무 교육 등 직업소개사업에 필요한 법령 지식부터 현장 사례까지 폭넓게 구성됐다.
군 관계자는 “앞으로도 정기적인 교육과 지도를 통해 대표자와 종사자의 전문성을 높여, 직업소개사업자, 구직자, 구인자 모두가 안심하고 신뢰할 수 있는 건전한 직업소개 문화가 정착되도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
한편 군은 직업소개와 상담에 필요한 전문성과 직업윤리의식 향상을 위해 매년 직업소개사업 종사자 역량강화 교육과 정기 지도·점검을 추진하고 있다.
