[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 경상남도선거관리위원회는 내년 6월 3일 실시하는 제9회 전국동시지방선거를 앞두고 선거일 전 180일인 12월 5일부터 제한·금지되는 행위와 주요 위반사례를 지방자치단체 및 정당, 입후보예정자 등에게 안내하고 예방·단속활동을 강화한다고 밝혔다.
「공직선거법」은 후보자간 선거운동의 기회균등을 보장하고 불법행위로 인한 선거의 공정성이 침해되는 것을 방지하기 위해 선거일 전 180일(2025. 12. 5.)부터 선거일(2026. 6. 3.)까지 선거에 영향을 미치는 일정한 행위를 다음과 같이 제한 또는 금지하고 있다.
