영진전문대 뷰티융합과, 이탈리아 베르가모에서 해외 기업연수 실시

【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=영진전문대학교 뷰티융합과가 지난달 30일부터 이달 4일까지 이탈리아 베르가모에서 해외 기업연수를 진행했다. 이번 연수는 글로벌 뷰티 전문 인재 양성을 목표로 기획됐으며, 뷰티융합과가 유럽에서 연수를 실시한 것은 이번이 처음이다.

연수단은 재학생 10명과 인솔 교수 1명으로 구성됐다. 이들은 이탈리아를 대표하는 왁싱·피부관리 브랜드 ‘아르코왁싱’ 본사에 방문해 슈가링 왁싱과 유럽식 피부관리 실습, 제조 공장 견학, 제품 개발 과정 학습 등 다양한 프로그램을 경험했다. 학생들은 현지 체험을 통해 유럽 뷰티 산업의 최신 기술과 트렌드를 직접 접할 수 있었다.

‘아르코왁싱’은 이탈리아의 장인정신이 깃든 수공예 실험실에서 출발해, 전통과 혁신, 품질을 상징하는 브랜드로 성장했다. 연수단은 이곳에서 전문적인 기술 교육뿐만 아니라 글로벌 뷰티 기업의 경영 노하우와 제품 개발 과정을 배웠다.

뷰티융합과는 이번 연수를 통해 학생들의 국제 감각과 해외 취업 경쟁력을 높이고, 앞으로도 글로벌 진출의 기회를 넓혀갈 방침이다.

1학년 강태인 학생은 “해외 취업이 목표여서 영진전문대학교에 입학했다”며 “이번 연수로 해외 현장에서 직접 실무를 배우는 소중한 경험을 얻었고, 앞으로도 2026년 해외현장학기제 프로그램에 참가해 배움을 이어가고 싶다”고 말했다.

인솔을 맡은 홍정아 교수는 “학생들이 국내에서 배운 기술을 현지에서 실습하며 전공 역량을 한층 끌어올렸다”며 “해외 취업을 준비하는 학생들에게 이번 연수가 좋은 출발점이 되길 바란다”고 전했다.

한편, 영진전문대는 하계방학에 이어 2학기에도 ‘2025 해외선진기술연수’를 이어가며, ‘해외취업 1위 대학’으로서의 교육 경쟁력을 더욱 강화할 계획이다.

Through this training program, I gained valuable hands-on practical experience in overseas settings, and I hope to continue my learning by participating in the 2026 Overseas Field Semester program."

Professor Hong Jeong-ah, who supervised the program, said, "The students further enhanced their major competencies by practicing the skills they learned in Korea in the field. I hope this training program will serve as a valuable starting point for students preparing for overseas employment."

Meanwhile, Yeungjin College plans to continue its "2025 Overseas Advanced Technology Training" program in the second semester, following the summer break, to further strengthen its educational competitiveness as the "No. 1 university for overseas employment."
