[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 창원특례시 진해구(구청장 정현섭)가 2026년 복지 정책의 핵심 키워드를 '지역밀착형 복지 확대'와 통합돌봄 사업의 원활한 추진으로 설정하고, 민관 협력의 지평을 넓히는 데 집중하고 있다.
진해구는 지난 5일 구청 중회의실에서 『2026 복지시설 상생 네트워크 간담회』를 개최하며 관내 복지시설들과의 협력체계 강화를 위한 공식적인 논의의 장을 마련했다.
이번 간담회는 복지 행정을 책임지는 구청과 복지 최전선에서 활동하는 관내 복지시설들이 한자리에 모여 지역 복지 발전 방향을 공동으로 설계하기 위해 기획되었다.
특히, 진해구가 내년에 본격적으로 추진할 통합돌봄 사업의 성공적인 안착에 초점을 맞췄다. 통합돌봄은 돌봄이 필요한 주민이 살던 곳에서 건강한 노후를 보낼 수 있도록 주거, 보건의료, 요양, 생활지원 등을 연계하여 제공하는 복지시스템이다.
이날 간담회에는 ▲진해종합사회복지관(관장 황인균) ▲자은종합사회복지관(관장 신태희) ▲진해노인종합복지관(부관장 주용수) ▲서부노인종합복지관(관장 조영순) ▲진해장애인종합복지관(관장 이철민) ▲진해시니어클럽(센터장 박국향) ▲진해지역자활센터(센터장 김미숙) ▲진해노인통합지원센터(센터장 윤세정) 등 총 8개 복지기관의 시설장과 실무책임자 ▲ 구청 사회복지과와 가정복지과 팀장과 실무자 등 총 20여 명이 참석해 내년도 복지사업 추진 계획을 공유하고 협업 필요사항 등에 대해 논의했다.
정현섭 진해구청장은 “2026년 통합돌봄 전면 시행을 앞두고 지역 특성에 맞는 민·관 협력 체계를 공고히 하는 것이 무엇보다 중요하다”며 “앞으로도 정례적 소통과 실질적 협력 기반을 통해 촘촘한 지역복지 안전망을 구축하겠다”고 전했다.
