DL이앤씨는 공정거래위원회 산하 한국공정거래조정원이 발표한 ‘2025년도 공정거래 자율준수 프로그램(CP) 등급평가’에서 지난해에 이어 우수등급인 ‘AA’를 받았다고 22일 밝혔다.
CP(Compliance Program)는 기업이 공정거래 관련 법령과 윤리 기준을 자율적으로 준수하기 위해 구축하는 준법감시 체계로, 준법정책의 운영 수준과 리스크 관리 체계를 종합 평가해 등급을 부여한다. 협력사 의존도가 높은 건설업 특성상 공정한 하도급 관리와 절차 준수는 기업 신뢰도를 좌우하는 핵심 요소로 꼽힌다.
