환경위기 시대 시민 실천의 중요성이 강조되는 가운데 한국무용가 안지현이 제18회 대한민국 환경봉사대상 및 2025 국제환경봉사대어워즈 국제대회에서 ‘서울특별시의회의장상 최우수상’을 수상했다. 시상식은 2025년 12월 26일 서울 중구 한국프레스센터에서 열렸다.
이번 행사는 환경 전문 언론사 내외환경뉴스가 주최한 국제 환경 시상 행사로, 세계환경올림픽을 겸해 국내외 환경 활동가와 관계자들이 참석했다.

안지현은 전통 한국무용을 통해 자연의 소중함과 환경보전의 가치를 예술적으로 전달해 온 공로를 인정받아 최우수상 수상자로 선정됐다.
이날 행사에서 대회장을 맡은 신현옥 시온세계선교교회 담임목사는 “기후위기 앞에서 환경보전과 탄소중립 실천은 더 이상 미룰 수 없는 과제”라며 국제 사회의 연대와 참여를 강조했다.
이어 안지현은 수상 소감에서 “춤은 자연과 인간의 호흡을 담아내는 언어”라며 “환경을 지키는 마음이 일상의 실천으로 이어지길 바라며, 예술로 그 메시지를 계속 전하겠다”고 말했다.
이번 수상은 예술과 환경이 결합한 다양한 실천의 모범 사례로 평가받고 있다.

Ahn Ji-hyun was selected as the Grand Prize winner in recognition of her artistic contribution to conveying the preciousness of nature and the value of environmental conservation through traditional Korean dance.
At the event, Pastor Shin Hyun-ok of Zion World Mission Church, who chaired the event, emphasized the need for international solidarity and participation, stating, "In the face of the climate crisis, environmental conservation and carbon neutrality are tasks that can no longer be postponed."
Ahn Ji-hyun continued in her acceptance speech, saying, "Dance is a language that captures the connection between nature and humanity. I hope that the spirit of protecting the environment will translate into everyday practice, and I will continue to convey that message through art."
This award is being recognized as an exemplary example of diverse practices that combine art and the environment.
