군의 지방세는 2021년 2천 64억원, 2022년 2천 104억원, 2023년 2천 7억원, 2024년 2천 21억원을 각각 기록했다.
이중 도세를 제외한 군세는 2021년 1천 196억원, 2022년 1천 263억원, 2023년 1천 343억원, 2024년 1천 267억원, 2025년 1천 332억원을 기록하는 등 녹록지 않은 경제 상황에서도 선방하는 모습을 보였다.
특히 지난 정부의 법인세율 인하 환경에서도 지난 10년간 매년 1조원 이상, 누적액으로 15조원이 넘는 투자유치 성공을 통해 지방세 증가에 힘을 보탰다.
