파주교육지원청은 2026년 3월 개교 예정인 신설학교의 안정적인 출발을 지원하기 위해 개교지원 TF를 본격 가동하고 개교 준비 전 과정에 대한 선제적 지원에 나섰다.

개교지원 TF는 2026년 3월 문을 여는 초등학교 3개교, 중학교 2개교, 고등학교 1개교 등 총 6개 학교를 대상으로 하며 시설, 인사, 예산, 학사 운영 등 개교 전반을 종합적으로 점검하고 지원하기 위한 협업 체계로 운영된다.
교육지원청은 지난 1월 7일 각 신설학교에 발령받은 교육행정실장들과 함께 학교 현장을 직접 방문해 준비 상황을 점검했다.
이번 점검은 시설 구축 현황과 행정 준비 사항, 학교별 애로사항을 중심으로 현장 의견을 청취하고 개교 전 필요한 지원 사항을 사전에 확인하는 데 중점을 뒀으며 이어 1월 8일에는 최근 개교한 청미르초등학교에서 신설학교 교육행정실장과 시설관리 주무관이 참여하는 협의회를 개최했다.
협의회에서는 실제 개교 과정에서의 행정 운영 사례와 시설 관리 경험을 공유했으며, 준비 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 문제와 대응 방안 등 실질적인 노하우를 나누는 시간을 가졌다.
