대전시교육청, 전문상담 인력 가족상담 역량 강화 나서

대전시교육청은 15일 대전교육정보원에서 관내 전문상담교사와 전문상담사 55명을 대상으로 ‘2025학년도 전문상담 인력 역량 강화 동계 연수’를 실시했다. 이번 연수는 청소년기의 정서·행동 문제를 사전에 완화하고 위기 상황에 대한 개입 역량을 높이기 위한 실무 중심 교육으로 마련됐다.

연수는 ‘청소년 가족상담의 실제 및 역량 강화’를 주제로 진행됐으며, 가족상담 분야 전문가인 엄혜정 교수가 강연을 맡아 청소년기 발달 특성과 가족 역동을 고려한 상담 접근법을 다뤘다. 특히 학교 현장에서 빈번히 마주하는 갈등 상황을 사례로 제시해, 예방적 개입과 실천 전략을 구체화하는 데 초점을 맞췄다.
