논산시, 신규농업인 멘토·멘티 현장실습 연수생 모집

충남 논산시가 ‘2026년 신규농업인(멘토·멘티) 현장실습교육’ 연수생을 모집한다. 농촌 이주 초기 단계에서 발생하기 쉬운 시행착오를 줄이고, 실질적인 영농 기술과 경영 감각을 현장에서 체득하도록 돕기 위한 취지다.
