세종시의회 의회운영위, 2026년도 주요업무계획 청취

세종특별자치시의회 의회운영위원회가 30일 제103회 임시회 제2차 회의를 열고 의회사무처의 2026년도 주요업무계획을 보고받았다.

회의에 앞서 지난 제1차 회의에서 보류됐던 ‘긴급현안질문 협의의 건’이 가결되면서 안건 검토 절차가 마무리됐고, 이후 의회운영위원들은 본격적으로 내년도 업무계획을 점검했다.

위원들은 의회사무처의 각 부서별 추진계획을 살펴보며 문제점이 드러난 부분은 조속히 개선할 것을 주문했다. 특히 제4대 의회의 원만한 마무리와 함께 다가오는 제5대 의회의 안정적 출범을 준비하기 위한 행정·조직 관리 계획이 충실히 마련되고 있는지를 중점적으로 검토했다.

김영현 위원장은 “상임위원회 신설 시에는 위원회별로 소관 부서를 정할 때 업무 연관성과 효율성을 고려해야 한다”며 “사업소 역시 담당 국 단위와 연결해 배분하는 것이 바람직하다”고 강조했다.

그는 또 “사무처 직원들의 업무 부담이 이미 상당한데, 인력 충원 여건은 제한적”이라며 “제5대 의회 개원을 앞두고 인력 수요가 지속될 것으로 예상되는 만큼, 시간선택제임기제공무원 확대 등 현실적 대안을 적극 모색해야 한다”고 덧붙였다.
