김태흠 충남도지사가 더불어민주당이 최근 발의한 ‘충남대전통합특별시 설치 및 경제과학국방중심도시 조성을 위한 특별법안’(이하 민주당안)에 대해 “자치분권의 근간을 훼손한 반쪽짜리 법안”이라며 강한 유감을 표명했다.
김 지사는 2일 브리핑에서 “민주당안은 대전시와 충남도가 제시해 온 지방자치 분권의 핵심 가치인 재정·권한 이양이 대거 축소되거나 변질된 내용”이라며 “자치에 대한 철학과 의지가 보이지 않는다”고 비판했다.
