대전시의회 이금선 의원(국민의힘·유성구4)이 2일 열린 제292회 임시회 제3차 본회의 5분 자유발언에서 “책임 부담으로 위축된 학교 현장체험학습을 되살리기 위한 대전시교육청의 근본적 대책이 필요하다”고 촉구했다.
이 의원은 “2022년 강원도 속초 초등학생 사망사건 이후 인솔 교사가 유죄 판결을 받으면서 교직 사회 전반에 불안감이 퍼졌다”며 “불가항력적인 사고의 책임까지 교사 개인이 감당해야 하는 현실이 교육 현장을 얼어붙게 만들었다”고 진단했다.

이금선 의원은 교육 회복과 안전한 학습 환경 조성을 위한 4대 대책도 제시했다.
