인천 계양구의회, 의정활동 전문성 제고 ‘입법.법률고문’ 신규 위촉

(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천 계양구의회(의장 신정숙)가 지난 4일 의정활동의 전문성 제고를 위한 ‘입법·법률고문 위촉식’을 개최했다고 밝혔다.

계양구의회에 따르면, 이번 위촉은 기존 고문의 임기 만료에 따른 것으로, 새로 위촉된 고문은 “이대우 변호사(법무법인 명문)”와 “김용석 소장(한국산업기술원 좋은정책연구소)”이다. 

이들은 앞으로 2년간 계양구의회의 조례 제·개정 사안, 각종 법률 해석 및 자문을 맡아 입법 활동을 체계적으로 지원할 예정이다.

신정숙 의장은 위촉식에서 “복잡해지는 법률 환경 속에서 의정활동의 내실을 기하기 위해서는 전문가의 자문이 필수적”이라며, “고문들의 풍부한 식견이 계양구민을 위한 실효성 있는 정책 추진에 큰 힘이 될 것으로 기대한다”고 밝혔다.
