곽동윤 안양시의원, “스마트 계측으로 건설현장 안전 패러다임 전환해야”

안양시의회 곽동윤 의원(도시건설위원회)이 지난 2월 5일 제308회 임시회 본회의 5분 자유발언을 통해 대형 건설현장의 안전 강화를 위한 스마트 계측 시스템 도입을 촉구했다.

곽동윤 의원은 “현재 안양시 곳곳에서 GTX-C 노선과 월곶–판교선 등 대형 지하철 공사가 진행되며 지반 침하와 붕괴 위험에 대한 시민 불안이 커지고 있다”며 “사람의 눈과 순찰에 의존하는 기존 방식으로는 한계가 있다”고 지적했다.
