더불어민주당 소속이었던 논산시의회 조배식 의원이 정당의 공정성과 원칙 상실을 질타하며 전격 탈당을 선언했다. 조 의원은 11일 오전 논산시의회 회의실에서 기자회견을 열고, 민주당을 떠나 무소속 행보를 걷겠다는 뜻을 공식화했다.
