안양의 척추·관절 전문 의료기관인 국제나은병원이 설 명절을 앞두고 지역 독거 어르신들을 위한 따뜻한 나눔 행사를 마련했다.
국제나은병원(병원장 정병주)은 지난 2월 12일 성결재가노인지원서비스센터 소속 관내 독거 어르신 100명을 병원으로 초청해 ‘설 명절 맞이 떡국 나눔 행사’를 개최했다고 밝혔다. 이날 행사에는 비산동, 관양동, 안양동 등지에 거주하는 어르신들이 참석해 함께 식사를 나누며 명절의 온기를 나눴다.
이번 행사는 명절 기간 더욱 외로움을 느끼기 쉬운 어르신들에게 따뜻한 한 끼를 대접하고 건강을 기원하기 위해 마련된 것으로, 국제나은병원의 대표적인 지역사회 공헌 프로그램으로 자리 잡았다. 정병주 병원장과 성결재가노인지원서비스센터 김학정 센터장도 행사에 함께해 어르신들의 안부를 직접 살폈다.
