이번 협약은 행정안전부의 ‘지방보조금 관리기준’ 개정에 맞춰 전용계좌 운영 범위를 넓히기 위한 조치로, 도내 최초 도입이다.
이에 따라 보조사업자는 사업 여건과 접근성을 고려해 금융기관을 선택할 수 있게 됐으며, 전용계좌 운영의 유연성과 편의성이 한층 강화될 전망이다.
군은 지방보조금 관리 시스템인 ‘보탬e’와의 연계 운영을 지속 점검해 제도가 안정적으로 정착될 수 있도록 관리해 나갈 방침이다.
이재영 군수는 “제도 개정 취지를 반영해 한발 앞서 준비한 조치”라며 “보조사업자의 선택권 확대와 함께 재정 집행의 투명성을 유지해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.
